Is Share’n’Go free?
Yes. Downloading and using the app costs you nothing, no matter how often you use it, and what you use it for.
How secure is Share’n’Go?
Very. The app conforms to and exceeds current financial safety guidelines. Your information is encrypted and isn’t shared with anyone.We don’t store your card details, either.
Do other Share’n’Go users have access to my financial details?
No. You have total control over what you want to pay. Friends and contacts can invite you to share costs or bills, or contribute to crowd-funding projects or charities, but you always have the power to accept or decline. No one but you can see your finances or transactions.
Do the places where I want to use Share’n’Go need to be signed up to the scheme?
Yes. Signing-up costs nothing, and is a simple process for them.Once they become part of the growing number of establishments which accept Share’n’Go payments, anyone with the app can use it there.If you’d like a retailer or service provider to be added to the scheme, please contact us!
Will Share’n’Go work abroad?
Share’n’Go works all over the world, wherever retailers have joined the scheme. It’s just as simple to use wherever you are. It’s also an extremely secure and effective way of gifting or sharing payments such as tuition fees with friends and loved ones abroad. You can take part as a payment initiator or contributor when you’re abroad, too.
Can I use Share’n’Go to message and chat with other users?
Yes. The app gives you flexibility with your finances, but it’s also about sharing and bringing people together. Of course, there are many social media platforms out there, and we’re not competing with them, but being able to chat to those you’re sharing, or inviting to share financial transactions with, is an important part of Share’n’Go.
What kind of Crowd Funding campaigns can I launch using the Share’n’Go app?
You can start donation-based campaigns. However, the app does not support investment Crowd Funding.
